As a real estate agency registered as « société à impact sociétal » our primary objective is to enable economically and/or socially fragile families to rent housing in Luxembourg’s private housing market on a long-term basis and at a reasonable price.
In addition to the usual activities of a real estate agency, we propose to become the main tenant of your property and, as such, to ensure and guarantee:
- the creation of the rental contract and the creation of a report of the condition of the property at the beginning and the end of the contract
- the payment of the rent and charges, even in the case of non-occupation
- the maintenance of your property
- the follow-up of the occupants, our sub-tenants.
